JPendingIntentCancellation class abstract
Optional lifecycle contract for dispatchers that retain queued intents.
JController.dispose calls cancelPending before releasing the controller. Implementations must reject queued futures for this controller without executing their intents, preserve other controllers' tasks, and leave work that has already started alone. This does not cancel external operations.
